The Small Yes

Jesus sees our small yes!

He sees the beauty of what our complete surrender and obedience can produce. He sees into our heart - past our fear of failure and the frailty of our humanity. He believes in our complete maturity as we pursue Him wholeheartedly.

When we are limited by our mistakes, He still sees our completion in Him. However, we need to do our part to pursue Him and believe He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him and believe.

Father, reveal Yourself to me, how You see me. - that You are pleased with me right where I am. Show me more of Yourself. Help me to see myself through Your eyes and how much You love me in my humanity and in my immaturity. I know that You have heard my small yes. Mature me to follow You to the mountains, through the valleys and in the storms. Awaken me to seek You in the morning. Speak to me as only You can. Make Your words as sweet as honey to my lips.

I want my love for You to grow so that I may never pursue another.
